Edmund T. Cabellon

 

Ed Cabellon, founder of LTE Consulting, is a Student Affairs professional in Higher Education, who provides quality leadership education and technology solutions for college students and professionals.  With ten years of experience in Residence Life, Greek Life, Student Unions/Campus Centers, Orientation, and Student Activities, Ed provides a unique perspective and energy that help your organization get to the next level.

Ed is also "A+" certified, with experience in database development and management; website and publication design; and computer optimization.

Ed has worked professionally at the University of New Hampshire, Central Connecticut State University, Tufts University, and currently works at Bridgewater State College.

  

 
Ed earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Stonehill College and his Masters of Science in Educational Leadership from Central Connecticut State University.

 

Ed lives in southeastern Massachusetts with his wife Becky and daughters Ema and Ellie. 

 

 

Consultant:
Henry Parkinson, III Ed.D.

Dr. Hank Parkinson is a Consultant with LTE, who is in his ninth year as a student affairs professional and most recently I have finished his doctorate degree in Higher Education and Leadership.  

 

He has presented on numerous topics such as self-assessment, communication, teamwork, creative thinking, delegating, problem solving, and much more. All of his sessions are experiential based and extremely hands on. He has presented to RA’s, OL’s, SGA’s, Programming Boards, and Media Organizations to name a few.

He custom makes workshops and team builders. One of them is board breaking! He runs a three hour seminar in which participants break a board with their hand. It is a exhilarating workshop that increases self-awareness and self-confidence, which he believes is the first step of becoming a leader. This program is great for up and coming leaders.

 

He also has worked with many organizations to rebuild and do some strategic planning. In addition, He has put together officer transition workshops. Hank would love the opportunity to come this spring to assist with any or all of these needs.

Finally, he has done extensive work with developing leadership programs for college students and am interested in consulting with other schools to assist them with creating a sustainable leadership program.

Hank currently serves as the Director of Student Development and Campus Center at Fitchburg State College.  Hank resides in southeastern Massachusetts with his wife Michelle and daughter Alyssa.
