Chief Visionary Officer/Founder: Edmund T. Cabellon
Ed Cabellon, founder of LTE Consulting, is a Student Affairs professional in Higher Education, who provides quality educational technology and leadership education for college students, professionals, and administrators. With fourteen years of experience in Student Affairs units such as Residence Life, Greek Life, Student Unions/Campus Centers, Orientation, and Student Activities, Ed provides a unique perspective and energy that help your organization get to the next level.
Each day, Ed builds campus community (both in-person and online), develops current and future leaders, and actively participates in social media to professionally share and grow. Ed has worked at the University of New Hampshire, Central Connecticut State University, Tufts University, and currently at Bridgewater State University as Director of the Rondileau Campus Center. Ed earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Stonehill College and his Masters of Science in Educational Leadership from Central Connecticut State University.

Partner/Consultant: Henry Parkinson, III Ed.D.
Dr. Hank Parkinson is a Consultant with LTE, who is in his fourteenth year as a student affairs professional and has completed his doctorate degree in Higher Education and Leadership.
He has presented on numerous topics such as self-assessment, communication, teamwork, creative thinking, delegating, problem solving, and much more. All of his sessions are experiential based and extremely hands on. He has presented to RA's, OL's, SGA's, Programming Boards, and Media Organizations to name a few.
He custom creates workshops and team builders. One of them is board breaking! He runs a two hour seminar in which participants break a board with their hand. It is a exhilarating workshop that increases self-awareness and self-confidence, which he believes is the first step of becoming a leader. This program is great for up and coming leaders.
He also has worked with many organizations to rebuild and create a strategic plan. In addition, He has put together officer transition workshops. Hank would love the opportunity to work with you and your students.
Finally, he has done extensive work with developing leadership programs for college students and would be interested in consulting with other schools to assist them with creating a sustainable leadership program.
Hank currently serves as the Director of Student Development and Campus Center at Fitchburg State University. Hank resides in north central Massachusetts with his wife Michelle and daughters Alyssa and Miranda.
Marketing Coordinator: Ashley Lenz
Ashley, is a marketing/sales professional with experience in sales, event coordination, advertising, client relationship management, donor services and volunteer management. She currently works for a major non-profit organization in Massachusetts.
She earned her Masters of Business Administration at Bentley University with a concentration in Marketing and also graduated from Bryant University in 2007, receiving a Bachelors in Business Administration with concentrations in both Marketing and English/ Cultural Studies. She was very involved with student organizations like the Leadership Development Program, Student Programming Board, Freshmen Orientation, Class Committee and President's Senior Advisory Council during her undergraduate career. Ashley is a strong believer that college leaders are the key to the future of business.
Ashley is originally from Long Island and although she currently resides in Massachusetts, is a true New Yorker at heart. She is excited about this partnership with LTE and looks forward to seeing you at your next workshop!
Web Designer: Kayla Knight
Kayla is a full-time freelance web designer and developer, creating websites ranging from startups to small businesses and to other design agencies.
Her design work is specialized around effective user interface design and smart usability techniques. Her coding skills also range from basic front-end development and Wordpress, to PHP/MySQL and Ruby on Rails for creating interactive and custom website applications. With over 10 years of personal experience in the field and 3 years freelancing experience, she is also completing a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts in Web Development at the International Academy of Design and Technology Online.
